Bi Luo Chun is one of the 10 famous tea in China. Sometimes it is also called Pi Lo Chun or in German as Jade green spring snail. Because of its popularity, Bi Lou Chun is now also manufactured outside of Dong Ting in Zhejiang and Sichuan provinces and even in Taiwan. However, the variants are not comparable to the original Bi Lou Chun from the Dongting region because, among other things, different tea varieties are used there.
Premium Bi Lou Chun still only comes from Dong Ting. Our Bi Lou Chun is from the first harvest (first flush) and of course hand-processed. Since practically only the leaf buds are used, the tea is very fluffy and the infusion delights with its sweet and rather nutty the fruity aroma.
