This black tea was made from the Wu Niu Zhou cultivar, which is also used for our Longjing green tea.

Oxidation: approx. 95%
Origin: Guangxi, China
Cultivar: Wu Niu Zhou
Preparation: 5g per serving, water temperature 95°C, brewing time 15s each. First rinse the leaves briefly.
Tip: Ideal is the preparation according to the Chaozhou Gong Fu method, which enables countless brews.
