This exceptional chrysanthemum tea orginates from Kunlu shan. The Kunlu mountain range is one of the longest and with a hight of 7167m also one of the highest mountain ranges world wide. And because Kunlu is so high and it’s peaks always snowy the Chinese people called this chrysanthemum simply “Xue Ju” – snow chrysanthemum.
However, this chrysanthemum tea offers much more than just an unusual name and a particular origin. The flowers of Xue Ju are unlike most other chrysanthemum buds from dark red color. Thus, the infusion of this tea gets a vivid red color.
